The organisation manage, own and develop around 40,000 homes in the UK. Every year they grow their portfolio by a further 1000 homes.
Description
The opportunity:
- As the Management Accountant within the central finance function you will act the number two to the Head of Management Accountants.
- Prepare management Account, and participate in the preparation of statutory accounts
- Monitor the budgets and produce budget information and reports for business managers, supporting managers to identify variances and assist in the forecasting process
- Business partnering with key stakeholders, provide accountancy support for adhoc projects
Profile
Experience Required:
- CIMA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent
- Great communication skills and an ability to inspire and lead a team
- Knowledge and interest in the sector
