Senior Performance Analyst
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Fixed Income Performance Analyst to join an established and successful business on a permanent basis.
Purpose:
The successful candidate will be based within the Fixed Income Performance team and ensure the timely and accurate delivery of reports, statistics and analysis relating to the investment performance of fixed income funds.
This role will play a significant part in maintaining and developing the daily delivery of fixed income performance, attribution and portfolio analytics to the business. The role involves interaction with many areas of the business and considerable contact with portfolio managers delivering key information to demanding deadlines.
Core Responsibilities:
- Producing and maintaining performance reports using Barclays Point and other performance systems within agreed timescales.
- Supporting the provision of high quality attribution and investment risk analysis.
- Responsible for developing relationships with investment desks and other areas of the business.
- Developing the team through mentoring of less experienced team members
- Dedicating time to understanding, analysing and reporting on fixed income products
- Provision of product analysis/statistics for the purpose of consultant and RFP enquiries.
Desired Experience:
The successful candidate will ideally possess a recognised analytical / numerical qualification along with experience working within an Investment Management environment and specifically Investment Performance & Risk Analysis.
