FP&A Manager

McLaren Applied Technologies, part of the McLaren Technology Group, based at the state of the art McLaren Technology Centre in Woking are seeking an FP&A Manager to add further value to the team.

About The Role    

Responsible for the overall management reporting and analysis for the McLaren Applied Technologies (MAT) company, this role focuses on the regular management accounting tasks to ensure the company reports its financial information and plans in an accurate and timely way to the Group Finance function and key business stakeholders within McLaren Applied Technologies.

You will be co-ordinate and prepare quarterly forecasts, annual budgets and long range plans working commercially and engaging across the business to ensure the provision of robust and cohesive information.

You will be reporting and analysing the performance across the business globally and identify and report on risks and opportunities, advising accordingly.

About You

A fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) experienced in financial planning, business analysis and financial reporting. You will be a resilient and confident individual with the ability to build relationships to gain buy in and influence at a senior level. Results driven, you will be ambitious and keen to really add value within a role which offers on going career progression. This represents a fantastic next step within commerce or an excellent opportunity for candidates seeking their first move out of practice.
