Commercial Accountant

Leading national facilities management business is recruiting an experienced and qualified Commercial Accountant to join the commercial finance team.  The role will be responsible for providing the operations team with financial support and business analysis to maximise profitability.  Key duties to include:

monthly management accounts

Producing key financial and non financial analysis

monthly meetings with operational management to review results

prepare budgets and forecasts

Analyse profitability on customer contracts 

Analyse customer churn/turnover by customer

This role is a good mix of commercial support and month end reporting with great exposure to the senior management team.  Applicants should be qualified or close to qualification with experience in a similar role preferably within FM.  You will have strong commercial acumen, excellent analytical skills and preferably have used SAP.
