A professional services and financial firm specialising in real estate services and investment management are recruiting. This international and very successful firm are working with Goodman Masson to source an Assistant Finance Manager to support the Finance Controller.The key responsibilities will include the following (but not limited to):
*Supervision of junior members of staff
*Collaborating with other teams across the firm based in the European Finance Centre
*Month end reporting
*Project work; budgeting, forecasting, business support, system/processes improvements
*UK statutory reporting
*Compliance; SOX review, relationship with internal and external auditors
You will be;
*Technically strong
*Knowledge of and good experience of accounts preparation and audit
*Qualified - ACA, ACCA or CIMA (or equivalent)
*Able to show experience of 3-5 years within a commercial or practice environment
*Self-starter, capable of working with the minimum of direct supervision
