A company based in Wolverhampton seek to recruit a Finance Manager on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will be newly qualified and have experience in a manufacturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to progress to Finance Director level in the next 5 years.
Reporting to the Finance Director, the Finance Manager will be responsible for providing financial leadership and driving the performance of the business.
Duties will include:
- To manage and support the Accounts Department in the production of accurate and timely monthly and annual accounts
- Business Partner the divisional operational managers on financial matters
- Comply with statutory and head office requirements
- Ensure continuous development of financial systems for financial reporting
- Budgeting/forecasting and finance control across the divisions

The ideal candidate will require the following:
- Qualified CIMA, ACCA or ACA
- Operational financial management skills
- Experience in the manufacturing industry
- Ability to prepare and deliver effectively and with confidence detailed plans, presentations and analysis to all levels of the organisation
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
