Site Accountant
My client is a leading player within the FMCG industry with an excellent story -
The company trajectory and growth is phenomenal this growth has been achieved from Zero 10 years in just over a decade, quadrupling from 500 million to £2 billion in the last 4 years alone
and as such now requires a Site Accountant to run the production at a key Kent based site. The main purpose of the role will require you to form part of the senior management team partnering the operational staff to drive performance, improve efficiencies and the profitability of the site.
Within the role you will be required to:- Undertake analysis of profits breaking down in to customer and product. Understand direct labour and materials standard cost variance control analysis. You will review CAPEX projects. Review and improve stock holding and potential obsolescence costs.
Working as a key finance contact on site you will be providing head office with the relevant reporting information and challenge where required. Ideally you will be qualified ACA, CIMA, ACCA or have relevant practical experience in a manufacturing environment.
