Group FP&A Manager

The Role

Robert Half Finance & Accountancy are pleased to be supporting our client, a well known IT & Technology business, on the recruitment of an excellent Head of Group FP&A Manager role based in Rickmansworth. The Head of Group Accounting & Reporting is responsible for all of the Reporting and Planning for the Group including taking the lead role in development all planning and reporting processes to ensure they deliver high quality output. Responsibilities include:

-Management of the Group Planning processes

-Budget, Operating Plan, Quarterly Forecasts and Strategic Plan

-Responsibility for planning timetables and communications across the company-Lead Finance wide change project on planning improvements

-Engage with key stakeholders across the business to ensure planning outputs are delivered on-time, accurate and action-orientated

-Review financial balance sheet and cash flow projections

Your Profile

We are looking for a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) has 5-7 years post qualified experience and who has Group FP&A experience, having owned the planning and reporting processes.

Salary & Benefits

A base salary of £65,000 - £70,000 plus £5,000 car allowance and 15% bonus
