Fast growing online business requiring a qualified Management Accountant

Hays is working with a rapidly growing online retail business who are seeking to appoint a qualified Management Accountant who can perform in a fast-paced environment. This company has seen 20% growth rates for the last five years and want to recruit a progressive and career driven individual who will grow with the company.

As a Management Accountant you will; manage three people; produce monthly management accounts, prepare budgets & forecasts; produce variance analysis reports and produce financial reports for senior managers. This is a hands on and broad role which is ideal for a newly qualified accountant with core management accounting training. In addition to monthly accounting duties the Management Accountant will work with senior managers on ad hoc projects.

You should be a qualified accountant with existing management accounting skills and a desire to progress your career to Finance Manager and Financial Controller in the future. You will receive a salary of up to £40,000 + pension contribution + 10% bonus.
