Commercial Finance Manager

Roles & Responsibility Overview

• You will be responsible for pricing new business and documenting risk.
• Work on important commercial items and take control of Financial and Pricing provisions.
• Brief senior management on financial matters.
• Work on bids to complete a financial brief to highlight key areas
• Be involved in competitive dialogue sessions and support negotiations with the customer where relevant.
• Always be actively seeking to continuously develop to meet required changes of the role.
• Always be looking to Identify areas where improvements can be made and act upon them.

Key Capabilities Required

• Qualified accountant - ACA, ACMA, ACCA
• Strong, demonstrable, financial acumen and experience
• Experience dealing with financial systems and processes is preferred
• Strong stakeholder management; you will be able to manage a range of stakeholders from operational managers to C-level executives. You are an ambassador for the team at all levels
• Ambitious and high achievers
• History of progression within your current organisation, demonstrating consistent performance above expectations and a track record for delivery
• Resilience to challenge business units and drive the change agenda to benefit customer and cost
• Composure to work in a high profile team that is results driven
• Coaching of junior team members desirable
