EMEA Payroll Supervisor, European payroll £26-28ph 6-9 months

A well known banking organisation based in the Camberley area. 6-9 months interim role.
Your new role
6-9 months interim role for an EMEA Payroll Supervisor.
Working as one of two Team Leaders in the EMEA Payroll Team you will be an experienced EMEA Payroll Team Leader / Supervisor who will jointly lead and support 4 Payroll Specialists to process payrolls for approximately 20 countries across the region as well as several Expat Payrolls.
The role will involve:
* Checking, reviewing and approving the monthly payrolls.
* Being the first escalation point to assist and resolve any issues that arise (within agreed timescales).
* Ensuring that the payroll team are processing the payrolls as efficiently and effectively as possible,
* Supporting the EMEA Payroll Manager with leadership, coaching and mentoring responsibilities.
* Exemplary attention to detail with the ability to get things right first time.
* Co-ordinating the Year End processes.
* Playing an active role in managing software updates / upgrades i.e. planning, testing and implementing.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have worked for several years at Supervisory / Team Leader role, have experience of processing payrolls across multiple EMEA countries and the ability to multitask and work to tight deadlines in a professional and challenging environment.
They will also be a personable, enthusiastic team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
