Accountant

I am currently recruiting for a well known leisure company based on the outskirts of Birmingham City Centre. This is an exciting position that will offer you all round exposure within a close-knit accounts team. You will be working underneath the Financial Controller working on a variety of different things varying from full production of monthly management accounts to running the payroll for around 700 employees.

This particular company requires a strong Accountant to come into the business to analyse areas within the finance department that can be made more efficient and help the business maintain its heavy growth going forward.

Ideally you will;

• Be at a part qualified/qualified level with your ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification
• Have extensive knowledge and prior experience of full completion of the management accounts with the ability to dilute any important information in a non-finance format to the Directors and Financial Controller
• Be able to communicate well with not only finance colleagues but also non-finance members of the business
• Be able to assert authority and challenge peers giving reasoning behind your decisions
