Financial Accountant

Calling on an immediately available Financial Accountant in Leicestershire who is eager to get into their next role?

My client is looking for a candidate that is willing to look at a temporary to permanent opportunity, initially need for 3 month to work on specific projects and duties. You must have good knowledge of SAP and confident leading a team of 2 if necessary.

This is a growing company with loads of recognition for hard work and a duty of care to the employees. You will get involved in monthly reporting pack and monthly performance for board reports. Directors and senior management will rely on you to report accurately and within a deadline driven environment. You will prepare monthly management accounts and variance analysis. Analysis will be further needed on the profit and loss, balance sheet and KPI information. You will manage financial processes including debtors, stock, CAPEX and capital. Good working knowledge of these duties are essential. There are various ad hoc analytical support using Excel so a good working knowledge of Excel is also an essential part of your skills set.

For this role, the are looking for a qualified or part qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) and preferably from a manufacturing or process driven environment but happy to look at candidates from other sectors also.

This role is paying £35-40k with additional benefits after 3 months including pension, health and potential bonus.
