Our client is looking for a Collections Specialist to join their rapidly expanding organisation in East Oxford. This role is integral to the business and involves high levels of customer service. Your main duties will include:

*Liaising with debtors via telephone
*Organising payment plans
*Updating customer records
*Recording payments


Collections Specialist Job Requirements

To be successful in this role you will be friendly and approachable with an excellent phone manner and previous experience of customer focussed roles including outbound telesales and ideally Collections work. You will be numerically minded and confident making accurate individual calculations as part of customer payment plans. You will be methodical and analytical, remain calm under pressure and work well in a deadline driven environment.

Please be aware that this role requires 2 days of weekend work per month.
