A leading Insurance firm is recruiting a Financial Accountant for their UK division City of London £50-55k

A leading insurance firm with presence in the major insurance markets around the world with headquarters in the City of London. This firm operates multiple different consumer focused insurance products meaning they have a sizable impact on the daily lives of consumers.

Your new role

As the Financial Accountant in the UK division of the company you will be focused around the statutory reporting and the preparation of the financial statements. As part of the UK division of the company you will communicate with the Group Consolidation team to provide them with the financial statements necessary for the preparation of Group Consolidation.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparation of the Month, Quarter and Year-end financial statements
• Communicating directly with and reporting to the Head of Group Consolidation

What you'll need to succeed

The successful candidate will be newly qualified or up to 2 years post qualified exams ACA from the Top 10. Preferably they will have had experience auditing Insurance clients.
