We are looking for a qualified accountant who would like to join a dynamic, growing and fast-paced not-for-profit.
The financial planning analyst will work closely with senior directors within the business to support them in business case design and analysis and provide insight into the financial performance of their business areas.
In addition the financial planning analyst will support the Finance Director in developing reporting and analysis tools (e.g. KPIs, dashboard reporting etc.). You will also work on a variety of projects, providing cost-benefit analysis and scenario analysis to allow for more informed decision making.
As a senior member of the team you will work closely with senior directors so it is important to develop and maintain effective working relationships among the key stakeholder group and across the finance teams to ensure an integrated approach, effective business partnering and use of resources.
Essential key skills:
*Excellent MS Excel skills
*Previous experience working in a Financial Planning & Analysis capacity
*Ability to 'think outside the box' and to assimilate data into meaningful financial information
*Capable of delivering accurate, high quality work and reports to deadlines and to required standards
*Ability to prioritise and co-ordinate multiple tasks as well as work independently
*Ability to work quickly and work in a changing environment
