Financial Controller

Operating in the international hi-tech manufacturing arena our client, a successful, growing AIM listed British company, delivers integrated electronic technologies to OEMs worldwide.

A talented and ambitious Financial Controller is sought for a leading growth area of the company; a business which has been subject of significant investment in the last couple of years.

Reporting to the business Managing Director and the Divisional Finance Director you will be responsible for providing a dynamic and focused financial decision support to the business through the provision of first class interpretation and analysis of financial information, and proactive commercial advice, during this period of high growth.

Created as a result of an internal promotion, your broader responsibilities will include:

• Production of high quality monthly management accounts and Board packs
• Budgeting and forecasting, with insightful analysis/commentary
• Cash management including foreign currency management
• Provision of strong business partnering, both operational and commercial
• Work closely with business leaders to drive performance and improvements
• Support the implementation of the new Group ERP system and acquisitions
• Lead finance integration activities, ensuring robust controls are in place, and streamlining processes
• Lead and develop a small but capable finance team
