Pricing Analyst

Spalding: Lincolnshire: The One Group have been exclusively engaged to recruit a Pricing Analyst - finance, for a growing Spalding business.
The business operates in a high volume low margin sector, and has 20 years plus, of sustained profitable growth.
This is a newly created position, to support senior managers with insightful information around pricing and profitability.
The role of pricing analyst is a highly visible position, placing you at the heart of some core business decisions.

Key duties include:

- Analysing / trending data to make recommendations for change / challenge to the business
- Experienced in developing sophisticated analytical and pricing models in excel
- Supporting and developing the BI and centralised business analysis models, ensuring the integrity and quality
- Implementing and monitoring control processes to ensure the integrity of the data and information within the systems
- Development of post implementation review process for commercial projects and new customers
- Creation and development of planning models to underpin forecasts and budgets
- Supporting tenders

Suitable applicants will need the following expereince:

- Working experience of Business Intelligence tools and underpinning data structures
- Experience of presenting and interpreting key information to senior management
- Experience within FMCG/ operational environment
- Liaising with 3rd party customers or suppliers
- basic knowledge of accountancy would be useful but not essential
