Shared Services Finance Manager

This innovative, rapidly growing consumer focused organisation is seeking a Shared Services Finance Manager for a 6 month contract. In this business critical role you will create a 'best in class' function to deliver a high quality service to clients, whilst supporting the wider business.

Reporting into the Group Financial Controller and managing a team of 35 direct and indirect reports, your key responsibilities will include:

• Full ownership of the day to day transaction processing environment including Banking, Accounts Receivable and Billing
• Driving significant improvements across the function including the delivery of robust financial processes and controls
• Delivering accurate and timely management information on business performance , allowing the business to make critical commercial decisions
• Effectively managing the function through a period of considerable change

You will have demonstrable experience of a shared service centre or transactional processing environment with the ability to motivate and develop members of staff. Previous experience of improving controls and processes is essential. As a collegiate and analytical individual, you will have the ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders across a variety of functions.
