My client is a Big 4 accountancy practice with a fantastic opportunity for a recently qualified accountant to join the audit department in their Cardiff office as an Audit Assistant Manager.
Client Details
As a Big 4 accountancy practice they have continued success in their busy Cardiff based Audit department. Having secured a number of recent client wins, they are looking to expand their successful team. This is a broad role working with a wide range of clients from multi-nationals to small and independent practices with great scope for future progression based in their newly opened Cardiff office.
Description
As Audit Assistant Manager role you will plan and manage all aspects of audits, reporting back to the manager daily. You will also be responsible for leading a team, including supervising and mentoring junior team members. As a this is a client facing role. the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients is also important.
Profile
As Audit Assistant Manager you will be recently ACA qualified (or equivalent) an be able to demonstrate practical knowledge of UK GAAP, IFRS, and IAS. Experience of US GAAP would also be an advantage although not essential. Candidates who are exam qualified and approaching full qualification / membership will also be considered.
Job Offer
Salary between £35,000 to 40,000 pa depending on experience
