Description

The Senior Finance Business Partner will sit within a dynamic team and will aim to deliver a finance business partnering service to defined business areas within the organisation.

The role will ensure that cost reporting is completed on an accurate and timely basis and relevant analysis will be carried out on divisional cost bases. You will be able to develop cost models to drive forward stategic, commercial decision making, while understanding the associated implication of the costs.

You will be providing cost management advice to support senior stakeholders and the wider business. You will be analysing cost performance against budgets, forecast and analyse financial trends from prior years. You will be able to appropriately highlight associated risks and opportunities from the cost model.

Profile

The suitable candidate will:

Be fully ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified

You will have 3/4 years relevant experience of working in a cost management or finance team

You will be able to use high class financial analysis to derive sound conclusions, and will challenge existing assumptions where necessary

You will have strong communication skills and will be able to effectively manage stakeholder relationships and influence where necessary to ensure the best outcomes are concluded

You will have strong Excel skills (Essbase experience is desirable)

You will be able to manage your workload to meet deadlines

You will be able to manage and mentor other members of staff and manage the knowledge based of the functional area

Job Offer
