Senior Bookkeeper

This Bookkeeping function runs as a smooth operation and with the growth and development of new clients they see this team expanding further over the next couple of years. This position would suit a more experienced Bookkeeper who is able to ensure a senior job is carried out and that you can support and give advice to more juniors bookkeepers in the team.

Description

This bookkeeping role incorporates management accounts, tax, payroll and other ad hoc requirements depending on the individual clients unique needs. The role allows a successful candidate to have a client facing opportunity as there will be a chance to build new relationships, build rapport and maintain existing strong client relationships.

Profile

The successful Bookkeeper in London MUST have the following skills:

AAT/ ACCA/ ACA qualified (or studying towards)
Experience in bookkeeping (2 years +)
A good understanding of Excel
A good eye for attention to detail
A good working knowledge of MS Word
Good organisational skills
Problem solving
Communication skills
A motivated approach.
Able to meet time constrictions and tight deadlines.
Able to use XERO and Microsoft Office
Minimum 1 year of experience in bookkeeping in a U.K. practice.
Inter-personal and communication skills are essential
