My client is a successful manufacturing business based in Exeter with a long list of high profile clients, including Footsie 250 businesses. They are currently recruiting for an experienced, "hands-on" commercially astute Finance Director to join their fast growing company. You will be an outgoing dynamic accountant with a strong commercial focus gained in small to medium sized manufacturing operation.
Specific duties will include, but not limited to:
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Cash flow forecasting
- All financial reporting
- Sales and profitability analysis
- Product costings
- Management and development of finance team
- Develop systems and procedures to ensure efficient and effective management of company finances
- Administration of Company lease vehicles
You will be a fully qualified accountant with strong IT systems and Excel skills gained in a commercial environment, ideally in a growing business. Looking to develop your career you will be a bright, driven accountant with proven experience of leading and developing a finance team and ideally you will have experience of working in a fast paced environment and have the ability to adapt to rapid business growth and changes.
Salary: £55,000 to £65,000 (depending on experience) plus benefits
