Bookkeeper

This bookkeeping role is a focused position where the successful candidate will be able to concentrate on bookkeeping in it's full capacity whilst supporting more junior team members. This candidate must a reliable and informative member of the team to ensure clients receive the best service possible. You will be supporting the managers to ensure they are not unnecessarily disrupted.

Their client base is varied and they support new businesses with tailored advice for their structure, whilst also providing advice to large limited companies with their development plans.

Description

The role of Bookkeeper at a small practice in North London is a very involved role. This firm are looking for a strong team player who is looking for a long term bookkeeping position where they can be reliable upon and be a main point of contact for their clients.

Profile

The successful Bookkeeper must have the following skills and ability:

AAT/ ACCA qualified or part qualified
At least 2 years in an experienced in bookkeeping position
A good understanding of Excel and MS Word
Attention to detail
Good organisational skills
Problem solving
Excellent communication skills
Able to meet tight set deadlines.
Have a good working knowledge of Xero and Sage
