The SF Group are recruiting on behalf of an established business based in Nottingham for a Financial Accountant. This organisation can also offer study support, career progression, free car parking and an excellent working culture.
As the Financial Accountant, you will report into the Financial Controller and be responsible for preparation of the monthly management and financial accounts, including accruals and prepayments, bank reconciliations, fixed assets, VAT and reconciliations of the ledgers. Good excel experience will be integral within this role, as you will be using Macro's, V look ups and pivot tables.
The candidate will ideally be studying CIMA or ACCA (or equivalent), my client will also consider QBE candidates with a good working knowledge of finance and management accounts. It is important the successful candidate has a good attention to detail, you can work on your own initiative, at a fast pace and have the ability to communicate with all levels of management.
