Hays Senior Finance are working in partnership with this dynamic, passionate Global company, based in Southam, Warwickshire, to recruit a Financial Accountant for a fast track progressive career.

Your new role
You will be a key finance contributor to support the whole of the business on finance matters
The role will include month End Accounting, Group Reporting, Compliance, Balance sheet reconciliations, Assisting with Budgets and Forecasts and assisting with the production of the annual statutory accounts.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a part or fully qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) candidate, with demonstrable experience within an industry setting or private practice. You will be technical, able to plan ahead and work within a systematic and organised way. The ideal candidate would relish getting to heart of complex problems and issues and resolving them.

What you'll get in return
A basic salary of £30,000, study support, 25 days holiday rising to 30 with service, 35 hour working week, childcare vouchers, the opportunity to progress within a well known brand.
