Leading FMCG business based in central London require an experienced Credit Manager for an interim assignment. In this key role, you will report into the Head of Finance supporting a team of individuals, whilst also leading projects to improve credit control processes and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop best-practice processes and consistent reporting around credit management and working capital
- Ensure processes are enabled and understood by the whole team to improve cashflow and reduce debt
- Resolve any escalation issues and put robust set of KPIs in place around debtor day management
- Mentor and support the credit control team to improve their knowledge and capabilities
Candidate Profile:
- Experience in a Senior Credit Control/Credit Management capacity working in an FMCG business
- Understanding of key issues in relation to Stock/Retailers/Price Discounts/Proof of Delivery
- Strong project management and process improvement experience
- Collaborative team player and a “hands-on” individual
