A International media company are looking to hire a Production Systems & Process Senior Manager.
The Production Systems & Process Manager is the single point of contact in London responsible for standard use of the company's production accounting system, process and application of policy across the business.
As process owner for production accounting processes, the role works closely with the system teams to ensure that processes are satisfied by the companies standard production accounting solution and the process teams.
Deliverables include systems manuals, training materials, design documents and enhancement requirements.
The role will work across a matrix organisation and will need to effectively manage relationships with many diverse counterparts.
Key responsibilities
*Drive consistency in procedures and controls
*Input into prioritisation of change requests / enhancements
*Provide information and assessment to Finance Director and VP Finance for business sign-off of enhancements and key project milestones (e.g. data migration)
*Chair regular systems enhancement meetings & input into prioritisation of change requests / enhancements, ensuring business justification for upgrades and fixes are adequately documented
Work Experience
*Navision systems implementation and maintenance experience desirable
*SAP experience preferred
*Experience in either outsource or shared service environments
*Experience working with financial processes and improving controls
*Experience of having worked in a multinational organisation with ability to influence operational and non finance teams during a period change,
*Good understanding of the international TV market is essential, including programme making, the production process and deal making. Proven track record working successfully with senior business leaders, creative heads, operational and financial management
