Description
The role of the commercial analyst will be:
- Main aim of the team is provide the facts and figures to the larger team to relay to the customer.
- This role will report on costings/ raw materials from product conception to getting the finished product out to dispatch.
- You will have relationships with finance, technical and quality departments
- 200 product codes for around 50 products
- Analysis of finished products and movements
- BOM's - Bill of materials
- Product Costings
- Purchase Price Variance (PPV)
- Daily, Weekly and monthly reporting
- Pallet tracking
- Raw material tracking
- Department meetings and presentations
- Looking at the RORI (Run out Run In)
- Product line costing
- Reconciliations and recharges
- Working with the data and looking for issues and accuracy
- Being able to be reactive to the customer
Profile
The successful applicant for the Commercial Analyst role must have the following skills / experience:
- Financial analysis experience
- Advanced Excel skills (look ups, pivot tables)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Confident communicator and able to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
