Cost reporting. Cash flow production. Production of financial KPIs. Preparation of monthly project dashboard. Financial information for monthly progress report. Project interface to accounts & finance. Forecasting of project management office & preliminaries costs. ERP system super user. Capital allowance schedules in conjunction with commercial managers & quantity surveyors. Administration of account maximum liability schedules. Audit of total cost submissions.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified accountant (CIMA or ACCA) or possibly qualified by experience. You must have experience of working in the construction sector in a Project Accountant or Cost Manager role. You will have strong communication skills and be used to working very closely onsite with operational colleagues
