Finance Analyst, Dunstable
£22,000 - £25,000 plus Study Support plus Benefits

Our client, a global organisation, is currently looking to source a part qualified Analyst to join their Finance team and support the field teams in selected tasks.

Main responsibilities:
- Produce weekly and monthly reporting for the regional and central teams ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Manage P&L production and query process, investigating, answering and resolving P&L cost queries within agreed time frames
- Use the knowledge gained from P&L process to contribute to the control and forecasting of costs and propose process improvements
- Lead and manage savings in key cost lines
- Produce accurate budgeting and forecast of key costs
- Support the operations team with presentations and ad hoc analysis
- Month end responsibilities for central cost centre monitoring and posting - including accruals and prepayments
- Collation and analysis of operational feedback
- Assist the Finance Manager when required with ad hoc reports

The successful candidate will have a strong academic background with excellent Excel skills and the ability to master other technical skills quickly.
You will have the ability to work as part of a team, work to tight deadlines and under pressure. The successful candidate will be studying toward an accountancy qualification AAT, ACCA or CIMA.
