My client in a leading accounting practice based in Cardiff. They are looking for an Assistant Senior Manager to join with the view to progressing to a Senior Management role within the business.

They specialise in providing bespoke business services and solutions, across a range of specialisms using an innovative and personal approach.
Description
The Assistant Senior Manager will have a broad range of responsibilities, with a focus on providing audit, accounting and business advice to a diverse and interesting portfolio of clients. You will be responsible for the execution of the firm's risk based audit approach and leading an audit team during the fieldwork. The position reports directly to the company Directors and will have direct responsibility for a portfolio of clients.
Profile
As Assistant Senior Manager you will be a suitably qualified, high performing professional working in a similar role and looking to take the next step towards Senior Management. A strong working knowledge of UK GAAP as well as a working knowledge of International Auditing Standards, including New Charity SORP, is also highly desirable.
