Audit Senior

Our client, a leading audit and business advisory Public Practice, is currently looking for a talented Audit Senior for their London team.

The role will involve working with a variety of prestigious clients within the not for profit sector, many of whom are top 100 charities or household names.

The role will be challenging and varied and you will be encouraged to take on responsibilities and offered excellent opportunities to quickly develop and progress within the firm.

The ideal candidate will be newly qualified with a background in audit for the not for profit sector. You will have led teams and be able to inspire your colleagues. They are looking for someone with a background in audit for not for profit businesses (schools, charities, public sector etc). You will be providing a high quality service to their existing clients and helping to gain new business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Undertaking statutory audits in an audit senior role being involved in all stages of the audit process from  planning to completion
• Show initiative and take responsibility for management of the audit to ensure completion within the agreed budget
• Act as the principal contact for the client during the on-site fieldwork
• Manage on-site teams  and assist in the supervision and development of more junior team members,
• Be able to work to tight deadlines
