A FTSE listed multinational Pharmaceutical Company are looking for a project role to assist in the development of the new valuation service, build the service processes and the global policy for valuation methodologies. This is part of an exciting new project which covers all valuation methodologies for example for samples, equipment, machine parts, R&D material.

Description
Service Design
* Identify all existing valuation methodologies and obtain clarity on risk areas
* Assist in the development and implementation of global policy for the use of valuation methodologies to be used across the company
* Develop standard compliant ways of working across the company for valuations
* Work with the transfer price team and head of customs to develop clear business ownership model for valuations
* Assist in development of central service to manage valuations and the governance across the company
* Build the centralised global Valuation service including a focus on customer and supplier journeys
* Draft SOPs and guidelines for the Valuation service
* Identify and manage any applicable system changes such as integrity requests through CDRT process
* Assist in the identification, mitigation and reporting of appropriate risk
* Draft appropriate training material and knowledge documents
* Assist on the expansion and integration of the existing R&D valuation service to ensure compliance across all the company
Profile
This role will be responsible for delivering the global Valuation service and policy development and implementation. This will require a strong service focus and leadership experience to exceed customer's expectations and drive continuous improvements.
The role will require good communication and people skills and will require the ability to work within a team, as well as:
* Working knowledge of Valuation methodologies
* Working knowledge of Transfer Pricing
* Process development experience
