Corporate Restructuring Manager

Our client is a leading National Restructuring and Corporate Finance Advisory Boutique who are looking to strengthen their team with an experienced Corporate Restructuring Manager.  You will assist with managing a broad client base across medium and large local and national restructuring assignments. 

Your scope of work will be varied and may cover Business Analysis, Stakeholder Negotiation, Business Planning, Cash Management, Credit Analysis, Independent Business Reviews and general recovery advisory work.  You will also get involved in some Formal Insolvency work too but for this appointment the Directors can flex the role accordingly depending on the person coming into the role so it could be purely advisory focused or a mixture of both.

You will work with the other managers and directors to continue helping the team to grow and develop and will be keen in time to build on your general business network to assist in business development.  The successful candidate may be looking to make that next step up into a manager role or will already be an experienced Corporate Restructuring Manager coming from another large firm of Business Advisors.  The firm are focused on developing their staff and there is a clear path for progressing upwards with the exciting growth plans that are in process.
