Corporate Finance Executive/Manager

Our client is a highly successful Corporate Finance House with a reputation that is built on working on quality transactions and employing the highest calibre Corporate Finance Professionals in the market.

Due to continual growth they are looking for dynamic Chartered Accountants at a newly qualified level up to individuals with a couple of years post qualified experience in a deals environment, who are looking to continue their career within Corporate Finance.  You will play a key role with a variety of different lead advisory transactions, including MBOs, MBIs, acquisitions, disposals, and general strategic advice.

The successful candidates will have an exceptional academic background, will have trained ACA within a large firm and will be a confident communicator.  At an Executive level you will ideally have had some exposure to a commercial area such as Corporate Finance, Transaction Services or Corporate Restructuring, although this is not essential.  Obviously at Manager level you will have a proven track record of working on Lead Advisory transaction within Corporate Finance.
