And we now have an exciting opportunity for a talented Group Financial Accountant to work closely with the Group Head of Finance to keep our thriving businesses growing.

With a unique chance to gain exposure at the highest level, you’ll be the essential link between the Group Head of Finance and our subsidiaries, keeping the Group CEO up to date with performance and strategic developments in each business. Cashflow and performance monitoring, benchmarking, management accounting, budgeting, forecasting and Bank Covenant reporting – you’ll take on a full mix of financial responsibilities across our subsidiaries in a varied and high profile role. A vital presence at Board meetings, you’ll ensure all resulting actions are completed. And when it comes to auditing, you’ll manage the process and liaise with external auditors to produce group consolidated accounts. In short, thanks to you, our financial capabilities will go from strength to strength, enabling our businesses to do the same.

To take on this exciting and rare challenge, you’ll be an ACA or ACCA qualified accountant from a Practice background.You’ll come from auditing background, looking for potentially your first step into “industry”. An excellent communicator, you’ll also be incisive, with the ability to dig into and question the detail. Naturally, you’ll have strong leadership skills and be a big picture thinker who can coordinate on group reporting. Meticulous and more than capable of working under pressure, skilfully managing a varied workload will be second nature to you. And you’ll have knowledge of IFRS and UK GAAP too.
