Finance Manager

An international retail business are looking to recruit a European Finance Manager within their Finance headquarters based in London. This is a high profile and challenging role that’s requires not just commercial acumen, but a high level of EQ to forge strong relationships with the business.

You will be a key member of the team, driving commercial profitability by providing clarity and transparency around performance with insightful analysis and commentary. You will take ownership for the monthly management reporting and manage junior members of staff.

Key aspects of the role will include:

• Producing monthly management reporting accurately and on time
• Managing junior members of staff
• Assisting in the preparation for annual statutory audit and support external accountants
• Day to day management of the accounts function
• Supporting the launch of new entities
• Undertaking decision-support analysis to facilitate business decisions

The ideal profile will be bright, commercially astute qualified accountant from a Top Tier Practice Firm with post qualified experienced within industry. You will have strong communications skills with the ability to liaise with senior stakeholders.
