Group Head of Business Analysis

Our client, a rapidly growing international specialist consumer products business based in London, is seeking to appoint an experienced and motivated Group Head of Business Analysis to play an integral role in ensuring the finance function is optimally set up to understand, manage and report business performance.

Key Requirements:

• Taking ownership of monthly business performance management agenda
• Manage business performance budgeting and forecasting
• Lead the financial aspects of the annual long-term strategy
• Build and maintain relationships across the organisation and maintain an integrated finance business partner community
• Support the CFO and wider global management team on high value projects
• Manage and develop the Global Brand finance team
• Participate in or lead ad-hoc initiatives as required

Technical Profile:

• Professional Accounting Qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) essential
• Ideally FMCG/branded consumer business industry experience desired
• International business experience highly desirable
• Experience of pricing strategies, ROI methodologies, M&A desirable
• Experience of business performance management and business partnering at a senior level
• Advanced financial modelling skills
• Experience in Business Intelligence tools
• Demonstrable technical ability in finance, ideally exposure to tax/ treasury/ legal aspects

Salary: Up to £100k, plus package incl. car allowance, bonus & benefits
