Risk and Assurance Manager

The Opportunity:

We have an amazing opportunity to join the team of a market leading business based in Northamptonshire as a Risk and Assurance Manager on a 12 month Contract. You will ideally be holding an IRM qualification.

£30,000 - £43,000 - experience dependent

12 month Fixed Term Contract

Skills and Experience:

The ideal Risk and Assurance Manager will lead the Risk and Compliance team in supporting with oversight, guidance and assurance in the management of risk and controls across the business in arising risks from change delivery. The role will require the successful candidate to take charge of planning, working with project teams, validating the quality of strategies, testing and designing key controls, evaluating plans, report preparation and leading the change in risk culture throughout the company.

The Ideal Candidate will be:

• IRM qualified ideal.
• Have strong stake holder management and be able to influence key players across the wider business and be able to push back when challenged
• Strong analytical ability in identifying risk and opportunities
• Commercially focused
• Strong experience in analysing and implementing key controls
• Excellent systems knowledge
• 3 years + experience in the financial services or risk management role.
