A Management Accountant Job in Edinburgh offering up to 35,000 annually.
Your new company
A commercial property and developments business in Edinburgh are currently recruiting for a Management accountant within their high profile team. With significant experience in their field across facilities management and projects, our client is part of a successful group spanning over 2 decades worth of experience. Following the continued success of their brand within Edinburgh, our client has continued to invest in value added management reporting activities as their profile increases and there is a requirement for a permanent Management Accountant to join the team.
Your new role
You will be responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual reporting cycles, production of monthly management accounts and liaising with auditors. You will also be responsible for managing and building relationships across internal and external stakeholders, budget management and suggesting improvements across internal controls. As management accountant you will have exposure to cash-flow forecasting, balance sheet reconciliation, preparation of monthly management accounts and statutory accounting exposure. Facilitating relationships with both internal and external stakeholders will be key with emphasis across creating synergies across operations and finance.
What you'll need to succeed
A strong background in industry and commerce will be key here with the ability to deal with complex accounting and revenue streams. Qualified or Part qualified candidates will be considered as part of the application process.
What you'll get in return
You will be offered a salary between £30,000 - £35,000 plus extensive benefits.
