Development Surveyor

About the Role

This is an outstanding opportunity for a high numerate Development Surveyor to develop a niche for themselves working across the finance and development teams of a high respected mixed-use developer. Using your development experience you will provide the financial analysis for the acquisition and development of projects across the UK. You will ensure adequate level of due diligence and assurance for activities such as commercial & residential property development, sales agreements and lease agreements driving the right financial outcomes. You will also be responsible for the preparation of budgets and forecasts.

My client is responsible for a broad range of large-scale, mixed-use projects including industrial, commercial, logistics, residential and retail/leisure across the UK. They have a fantastic reputation as an employer and have an exciting pipeline of new developments coming down the “pipe.”

What we’re looking for

We are keen to speak with high numerate development surveyors who have a passion for feasibility, development and disposal work. You can construct complex spread-sheets and create accurate budgets and forecasts. You are a strong team player as well as being able to work on your own. This is a highly visible position with “dotted line” reports through to a number of senior people within the business.
