Finance Manager (Manufacturing)
Our client, a market leading international manufacturing group, is recruiting a Finance Manager with previous experience of supporting operations in a manufacturing environment. Reporting to the Finance Director, you will be responsible for the delivery and development of all aspects of operational and finance across the business.
Key responsibilities include: Developing financial and management information packs for non financial management; Working closely with operation and production managers to provide analysis on performance as well as improving systems and processes to enhance the quality of Management Information; Identifying opportunities in finance and across the business to improve the quality and impact of financial analysis and reporting; Management and development of the budgeting and forecasting process; Develop strong working relationships across the business.
You will be a qualified accountant with previous experience of supporting manufacturing operations and commercial decision making with the ability to deliver to deadlines and work under time pressure. You will have well developed IT skills and have the ability to manage and deliver projects that will improve the quality of Management Information.
