Our client are an entrepreneurial Biotech business who have doubled in size over the last three years and are well positioned for further growth. The CFO has a requirement for an
Interim Financial controller to manage a small team during this growth period.
Duties will include:
- Preparation of subsidiary accounts for six trading entities
- Monthly management accounts and reporting for each of the entities
- Managing and motivating a small finance team
- Presenting financial information at the monthly board meetings
- Budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management
- Managing the audit pack
You will be a qualified accountant who will have spent some time in accountancy practice and then worked within an entrepreneurial business at management level.
You will be comfortable presenting information to non-finance people and making the numbers tell a story.
