My client is a one of the leading technology publishing businesses worldwide. They deliver highly specialised services for global clients and are known for the client retention and excellent service.
Your new role will report into the Director of Reporting and Compliance, with turnover over 200 million in this specific area the business requires a commercial individual who will work closely with the Divisional CFO and Business Directors and report on a huge range of financial information. This planning and reporting combined with the commercial structure offers a huge opportunity to the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Financial analysis and support
- Support in Business Development and Acquisitions
- Identifying and delivering business process improvements
- Risk Management and Control environment
- Reporting and Compliance
Requirements: - ACA or ACCA required
- A minimum of 3 years working in a commerical role
- Commercial Awareness
- Experienced in Financial Reporting and Analysis
- Awareness of Acquisitions and Joint Ventures
