Payroll Manager

Our client, a global and market leading organisation based near Gatwick are seeking a CIPP qualified Payroll Manager to join their diverse and successful team.

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

* Administration of company pension plans
* Manage Payroll and Expenses functions
* Evaluate company expenses policy, guaranteeing compliance with HMRC
* Certifying that all alterations are made to the payroll in accordance company procedures
* Be key in all ad-hoc Payroll projects
* Guarantee that the company sustains its payroll in unity with statutory requirements
* Communicate with the company's tax advisors
* Work closely with the HR department

You will have the following skillset:

* CIPP qualified is preferred
* P11d & PSA experience
* Understanding of running and overseeing payroll
* Prior team management would be an advantage
* Implemented payroll policy and processes
* Strong communication and written skills
* Previously successfully administrated pension schemes
* Ability to work to tight deadlines
