An ever-evolving heritage. A truly exciting future. Two of the world's most iconic brands. This business is revered across the globe. Continually pushing the boundaries of innovation and redefining the benchmark for excellence, they set the standards others want to follow. They want to keep it that way too. Which is where you join the journey.

Description

By joining our team, you'll be helping growth on a global scale. Finance not only sits at the very heart of their organisation, but it also impacts on all business activities, so the decisions you make here will ripple through the entire company and, ultimately, all around the world. The team's responsibilities are focused around controlling and reporting the company income and spend for all business areas. Their key tasks include activities such as developing their corporate financial strategy, consolidation and reporting of corporate financial data, accounting and cash management, financial controls, and tax management.

They offer you an exciting opportunity to join their Corporate Audit Team as Corporate Auditor within the Manufacturing Audit department. Corporate Audit has transitioned into an innovative and progressive audit and advisory organisation, assisting the business in achieving its corporate objectives and improving its operations. What is unique about Corporate Audit is the fact that it creates a chance to develop a clear career path with its wide view on the organisation. Consequently, working here can help determine alternative career opportunities within the business in the future.

As our Business Auditor, you'll work on international assignments with different levels of management. You'll be expected to draw on your previous experience to solve queries and provide innovative solutions to the issues identified. Becoming a part of a fast-growing organisation, you'll have the development opportunities that converge with your career path aspirations.

Profile

You'll have a relevant degree which, ideally, should be complemented by professional accounting experience obtained through a public practice (Association of Chartered Accountants or equivalent) or the Institute of Internal Auditors programme. As their perfect candidate, you'll have led audits and will possess the ability to evaluate the operating effectiveness of business processes, identify areas of improvement, and develop and recommend solutions that support key objectives and operations improvement.

Besides possessing excellent MS Excel skills, you'll be versed in data handling and the use of analytic tools. You'll have the knowledge of best governance practices and risk management, while compliance in a manufacturing context as well as experience in the automotive industry will give you a distinct advantage.

Please note that this position will require you to travel regionally and internationally (20% of working time).
