Our client is a diverse and innovative organisation and due to the career advancement of the current incumbent we are seeking to appoint to the role of VAT Assistant. Working with a talented VAT Lead you will develop your current skill set and VAT knowledge whilst undertaking the role.


Your new job
Your new job will be varied and be responsible for the preparation of European VAT returns, Intrastats and EC lists with varying complexity and this will include reviewing invoices for compliance,using SAP to analyse data, reconciling VAT returns and VAT GL accounts, ensuring JSOX is adhered too and liaising with markets to ensure VAT postings are correct.


What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for either someone with VAT experience already or someone with good general accounting experience willing to develop a career in VAT.
