AP EXPENSES TEAM LEAD - 3 FTC - B,HAM CITY CENTRE - 25-30K PRO RATA
Greenwellgleeson are recruiting a Temporary AP Expenses Team Lead to join a very succesful buisness based in Birmingham City Centre. Responsible for receiving and processing claims for personnel for several of the Group's subsidiaries.
Receiving and processing claims for personnel for 9 of the Group's subsidiaries
Reviewing the validity of expense claims input VAT claimed, compliance to company policies, and approving reimbursement payments to personnel
Preparing payment proposals
Preparing BACS payment reports
Supervising and training junior staff members
Dealing with queries from staff members and claimers regarding the company's expenses policy and processes
Looking after the corporate credit card reconciliation
Applying correct coding of expenses to the company's financial reporting systems
Closing EX ledger at month end
Dealing with occasional ad-hoc expenses related tasks
