Financial Controller

A leading firm of Chartered Certified Accountants are currently looking to recruit a Financial Controller to their internal team. The successful applicant will be ACCA or ACA qualified with experience of both the Accounting Practice sector with a current role of Financial Controller or similar.

The role affords a high degree of autonomy, responsibility and employee interaction at the most senior level. It is expected you will already be working as a Financial Controller within a recognised professional services firm. Strong communication skills are a prerequisite. Accordingly this is a rare and outstanding opportunity to join an established firm in an internal finance position.

The firm has already seen growth both organically and through acquisition and operate within a number of specialist sectors.

You will take on the responsibility of managing the finance department with current or recent experience of Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, Credit Control and Payroll.

You will have already gained experience of such a role and will pride yourself and your ability to manage and develop your direct reports.

You will be reporting into the Finance Partner, in an essential internal supporting role for the firm.
